I have given this sketch to my husband on Thanksgiving day like a Greeting card.
The message Inside says that
Dear Hubby..
I am happy with you...
But
I also expect my hero to lift me......
I am doing my best to reduce my weight...
Please be healthy to lift me soon.....

Well..... The sketch was prepared to make my Husband health Conscious with out hurting him.. as he was putting on lots of weight and is not willing to do any exercise.
